	DISPOSAL OF SCRAP

	Bids are invited from interested parties for disposal of scrap, lying at various places at IHC. This also includes one 300 TR & one 600 TR chiller (Hitachi make). The bidders shall submit the bids latest by 4pm on 30^th April 2012, along with their financial offer and a DD/Pay order, in favour of India Habitat Centre, for an amount of Rs. 5 lakhs.

	The bidders can inspect the site and the scarp material on 28^th April 2012 between 11.00 am to 1.00 pm. The bidder quoting the highest price shall need to deposit the money by 5^th May 2012, and shall need to take away the material by 12^th May 2012. Bidders need to collect the bid form, from IHC on 28^th April 2012, soon after inspection. They shall submit the bid only on the bid form given by IHC.

	It may please be noted that bids will not be accepted after 4 pm, on 30^th April 2012.
