All India Prakash Society students presents Sangam Vihar Balloon Rap followed by screening of El Sistema(102mins/English subtitles) Dir.Paul Smaczny. The film is about a successful community music programme created in Venezuela by José Antonio Abreu a conductor, composer and economist. 30 years ago who developed the idea of combining social work with classical music, in order to offer children from poor neighbourhoods an alternative to life on the streets.
