FILM CLUB DISCUSSION GROUP meets to discuss Cavite (Philipino/2005/80mins)Dirs.Neill Dela LlanaIan Gamazon.Film scholar,Dhananje Kapse will introduce the film and facilitate the discussion.

Cavite is an ultra low budget (reportedly $7000) film from the Philippines which uses the thriller genre to explore issues of terrorism, religion, emigration, inequality and many others. Shot on Digital Video, the film is an  in an example of guerrilla-type film-making. Delhi-based cinephile Dhananjay Kapse will introduce the film.
