	6th January Time: 6:30 pm	ILLUSTRATED TALK - In memory of Malka-e-Tarannum Noorjahan, Pran Neville, Founder K.L.Saigal Memorial Circle, presents a talk on her life and music. Ghazal singer Madhumita Bose will sing some of her popular songs.

	6th January Time: 6:30 pm	TALK - Peacemakers - the new series initiated by the Foundation for Universal Responsibility of His Holiness The Dalai Lama to invigorate the discourse on peace building and nonviolence in South Asia and the World. His Excellency Dr. Vaclav Havel, former President of the Czech Republic, renowned playwright, champion for human rights and democracy and winner of the Gandhi Peace Prize 2003, will speak on his inspirational career in peacemaking.

	6th January Time: 7:00 pm	FILM CLUB - Film Discussion Group meets for the Screening and Discussion of Pedro Almodovar's Talk to Her (2002), [116mins]. Filmmaker and Film Scholar, Ranjani Mazumdar will present the film and facilitate the discussion.

	12th January Time: 7:00 pm	DOCUMENTARY FILM - On the eve of Lohri we present “Born To Sing” a film by Shikha Jhingan. The film is a musical journey of Mirasans, who sing life cycle ritual songs for their patrons in Punjab. Through an encounter with four Mirasans, the film explores the rich musical and oral tradition carried on by these women. The filmmaker will be present for discussion.
