	29th July Time: 6:30 pm	Film Discussion Group meets for the screening and discussion of the much acclaimed Spanish director Pedro Almodovar's All About My Mother (1999) [105 mins]. Filmmaker and Film Scholar Ranjani Mazumdar will introduce the film and facilitate the discussion. And ode to women, *All About My Mother* explores the liberating effects of the solidarity between women. Almodovar received the best director award at Cannes (1999) and best European Director of the Year (1999). The film also won the Oscar for best foreign language film (2000), the Golden Globe Award (2000) and the Best Movie of the Year at the San Sebastian Festival of Spain (1999).
