Vatavaran Documentary Film Festival - We begin a three day festival of films on the environment to mark World  Environment. Day  “Many Faces of Madness” (14 mins). – a film by Amar Kanwar on the reality of  destruction and the appropriation of the commons in India, “Marubhumi” (52 mins.) also by Amar Kanwar deals with the story of water in Rajasthan, providing glimpses of the history, policies and development of water harvesting in ancient and modern Jodhpur.  The film maker will be present for the discussion.
