Club Discussion Group meets for the screening and discussion of
Lars Von Trier's much acclaimed "Dancer in the Dark"
(2000) (140 mins.). Filmmaker and Film Scholar Ranjani Mazumdar
will introduce the film and facilitate the discussion. "Dancer
in the Dark" won the Palme D'Or at Cannes in 2000 as well
as the Best Actress award for a heart-rending performance by Bjork. |
