Loan of books and select issues of periodicals/magazines

• Members can borrow two books at a time for fifteen days and two back issues of select periodicals
• Extension of the period of loan for another fifteen days is possible if the book/periodical is brought to the HLRC or the request is communicated through telephone/e-mail, prior to the due date of return, provided there is no demand for the issued item from other members before or on the due date stamped. After this period of extension the book/periodical has to be returned to the HLRC and cannot be renewed for a second time.
• Extension of the period of loan for overdue items is not allowed either in person or by telephone/e-mail.
